This house is very close (1-2 blocks) to beautiful white sandy beaches. It's in a quiet residential neighborhood. The house was comfortable with air conditioning and ceiling fans in all rooms. The kitchen was well stocked, and with many items most rentals don't bother furnishing (salt/pepper/paper towel). It was just my husband and myself so we only used the one bed and it was quite comfortable. The yard has a nice patio which we would have loved to enjoy but mother nature didn't cooperate. There are a few restaurants nearby. We highly recommend Sweet Sage. It's great for breakfast! The one pet peeve I had was that the window verticals were hard to open and close. We couldn't open or close the verticals in the kitchen, which has big windows that face the road so there wasn't a whole lot of privacy. We just refrained from using that room in the evening. Not a big deal. If you want a comfortable, roomy house with parking and close to beaches - this is a great option!

Great location, less than a block to beach. Owner easy to communicate with. I gave 4 stars because of no washer and dryer. The house was nice and spacious. It could use one more chair in the kitchen as we had 5 people. Great area as there are so many beaches in both directions.
