Beautiful view. Perfect amount of space, the comp’d valet was very nice. Would definitely book again for a race.

Jacuzzi was too dirty to use, which was one of the primary reasons we booked the room.

The property was quiet, good views, close to the strip, had all the amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful at every interaction.

The bed wasn’t too comfortable. The pillows were so flat as if they had been deflated. Honestly I have never seen pillows so flat. The towels, while plentiful, were so thin you could see through them. They looked like cleaning rags. The last time I used towels this thin was in grade school PE. Also, they smelled moldy. But the biggest issue that was not disclosed was that Harmon Street was closed in the evening through to the morning. No auto or pedestrian traffic was allowed as they are preparing for F1 in November. On my own I had to figure how to get in/out of the property. I had to use the employee entrance through the MGM Grand. This should have been disclosed. It added additional travel time and stress. Additionally, I am not sure if it was property management or Xperience, whatever relationship to either the property owner or Booking.com, but I got charged a $300 deposit being held for one week following checkout( making money on investing mine and other peoples deposits I suppose) PLUS another $300 deposit from The Signature itself when I checked in. The $300 from The Signature was released upon checkout. This all seemed very shady.

No cleaning including basics like garbage disposal , daily cleaning should be included as i could have stayed in other hotels for less with full room servicing. Decor a bit dated, could do with a revamp. It is a good 25 min walk to strip
