The apartment was great, modern, and had everything you need to spend a few days/weeks (two bedrooms in Lot 1, Block D). Nice terrace, inner courtyard. They provided clear instructions on how to check in, even a step-by-step video on how to get to the door and inside. The garage is a great addition for those traveling by car. The entire area is very nice, with new buildings, pretty quiet, and close to the river promenade. There are at least four spots within 5 minutes where you can have a good/great breakfast, a park, bike lanes, and terrace bars by the river.

One small downside, not linked to the apartment, is that there are currently no shops nearby (Oct 2026); the area is still very new. So if you need water and some groceries, use Glovo / other apps, or a short bus trip will do.
