Always great hotel staff, breakfast always good and the gentleman that I assume is the Manager over that area is very friendly and accommodating. Goes out of his way to see that the area is clean, always restocked and all guests have what they need. Lobby area is nice and clean with courteous staff. Nicest hotel in Beckley (as we have stayed in several).
The shower did not work well in our bathroom. When it was activated, some water did come out of the shower head but the tub faucet never stopped, sprayed water erratically and was very loud. It was a one night stay but for the price of the suite everything should work well.

Breakfast was very good, lots of choices. Room was superb - very clean, updated furnishings, everything we needed.
Everything was great! Loved the comfy, clean, luxurious feeling of the hotel.

Location to things was good! Place was clean!
TV had Netflix but would not come on.Reported it but no one seemed to care.The last 2 nights and day the tv didn’t work at all.Again reported it but nothing.Also you could have the thermostat off and all of a sudden the ac is on blowing out cold air.Breakfast was a problem also.A very busy hotel with a lot of people at breakfast and the one man doing it all couldn’t keep up.He was very friendly and was doing his best.
