Great location walking distance to town lovely views of harbour and very comfortable and clean

Water pressure

Great location with private parking which is rare close to the town. The house was very spacious. Kitchen was well equipped with some nice cups, teapot and plenty of glasses.

The house needed some TLC, particularly the sunroom. The sunroom was musty when we arrived and some of the windows would not open. Shame as there is a great view from there and could be easily spruced up.

This three bedroom house was in a great location over-looking the fishing harbour. The private road meant there was no passing traffic and we were able to park right outside the building. Walking distance to town and a convenient Super Valu supermarket. The house itself was huge. Each bedroom had its own bathroom albeit small. One tiny. We chose one of the two bedrooms upstairs over-looking the harbour as it had the best bathroom with an electric heated shower. The open-plan lounge / kitchen was great . Masses of space with the addition of a conservatory. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything one might need. We also made very good use of the washing machine and dryer. Everything was spotlessly clean. The owner checked on us and was lovely.

Not good value for money for just the two of us. Better value for a family or group of six. The size of the house is fabulous and all facilities had been thought of, but it was all starting to look a bit 'tired'.

Location is wonderful and parking is right outside the door. The unit was clean. Bed linens are nice. Host checked in with us by email to make sure we made it in OK. We enjoyed morning coffee in the solarium but only 2 chairs are useable. The double loveseat bottom has given way from the frame so sit at your own peril.

While it was very nice to have 3 bathrooms, the showers were extremely unpleasant. There was little to NO water pressure!! When a person is very cold and wet from a blustery day, it's very unpleasant to have a shower that literally isn't much more than a slow drip that doesn't warm and leaves one cold and miserable. Showering was miserable and uncomfortable and made us dread cleaning up. Beds are VERY firm if that is what you prefer. The whole unit is in need of functional upgrades at the very least but could also benefit from overall comfort and aesthetic upgrades.
