הדירה יפה, המיקום מעולה. אחלה מטבח. ויש מכונת כביסה בחדר, שזה פלוס רציני בארה״ב.

אולי זאת רק אני - אבל מבחינתי לעשות כביסה למגבות, לזרוק זבל, להפעיל מדיח ולהשאיר את החדר נקי זה לא מה שאני מצפה לעשות בסיום שהייה. אפילו לא בדירה. נכון, זה לא מלון, לכן ארבעה ימים אף אחד לא בא לנקות את החדר ואין בעיה. אבל אני גם לא חדרנית ולא באתי לעבוד. החנייה מאוד מבלבלת כי יש גם חנייה בקומה 2 וגם במקום מאחורי הבניין, אז שימו לב. היה ממש קשוח להגיע ולהתברבר עם הכניסה, עם החנייה, החדר היה ממש רחוק מהמעלית אז גם לסחוב הכל עד לחדר. חוץ מזה המיטה לא וואו, הספה בסלון לא נוחה, העיצוב מפריע ברמה שהזזנו רהיטים כדי שיהיה לנו נוח להכנס ולצאת מהמיטה.

We had a great stay! The location was excellent — the area was quiet, and we had everything we needed nearby. There is a Walgreens Green directly across from the apartment complex, and with a car, everything was easily accessible and close by. The apartment was nice, and the pool area was very clean, fresh and peaceful.

The only thing that could be improved is the cleanliness of the apartment. I’m quite particular about cleanliness, so this may be a personal preference, but I felt it could have been a little cleaner. However, when we contacted the host, they were very helpful and arranged for a cleaner to come again. It would also be nice to have more shelves and hooks for hanging clothes and storing belongings.

The apartment was vary clean, all the equipment seemed to be new, especially kitchen was very well equipped. The bed was very comfortable. There was a lot of space to keep clothes: a large dressing room and a wardrobe. That was also very appreciated, it was the instruction on how to get to apartment and to the garage and the guide book with all other advices.

The only disadvantage was the elevator which didn’t work at the day of our arrival and was not fixed till the end of our stay (4 days). During one of the afternoon the other one was not working as well. Fortunately, there were 2 other elevators quite close to the apartment.

The apt was spacious and cutely decorated. It had a nice large kitchen island. The gym was nice and convenient. I liked how there was a grocery store and many restaurants/ cafes within walking distance. The hosts were quick to reply via text.

The blinds are missing some slats and so some light enters in the apt when you’re trying to sleep. The A/C was leaking on the first day. So Maintenance had to enter the apt..four days in a row! Normally it wouldn’t be a problem but I work remotely online. One day - Two maintenance men were in the apt and I was in a rush, but couldn’t use the bathroom to take a shower. Another day - I had an important Zoom call and Maintenance had a loud machine running all day in the apt. It was difficult to hear my client. Then one time the Maintenance guy had to interrupt my Zoom call, which looked unprofessional on my part. Another Day - I had an important five-hr meeting via Zoom. The A/C workers told me they were returning but didn’t know what time. I was afraid that my meeting would be interrupted and so I left to use a co-working space. With all these inconveniences, I asked the owner for a bit of a refund since I couldn’t fully enjoy the apt and had to pay for a co-working space; they didn’t provide any compensation. I would have definitely returned if not for the non-action on the owners’ part.
