I'm a lone male traveler. The room fit my basic needs.
The communication could have been a bit better. I didn't know how I was going to have access to the room up until a few days before. So I stressed a little until then.

Location is fantastic. The room was clean. The price is good. Great communication from the property owner.
Air conditioner could do with upgrading.
The couch is uncomfortable.

The closeness to the shops and beach was fantastic.
May need a bit of a renovation.

good location, comfortable bed - small kitchenette with crockery and cooking amenities. it’s a good place to keep your stuff and sleep, but nothing exceptional
amenities provided were visibly old - hotplate was very tarnished, air con extremely loud (which didn’t help much with sleeping on humid nights). no working deadbolt on door so was a bit concerned about security - the door was only locked via keypad lock.
