Location is great, the chalet has lots of windows to enjoy the amazing views. I really enjoyed the veranda area for reading and taking in fresh air. We used the spa, it was clean and had a great view of the ski mountain across. There is enough space for larger groups. The dinning area easily accommodated our group of 7. The kitchen is clean, the appliances are really nice. We were provided with the tools needed for cooking multiple meals during our stay. 15 min away from the walking trails in Chute des bulles, definitely worth the visit if the weather is permitting.

There could have been a few extra personal amenities such as facial tissues, shampoo, body wash as well as some basic kitchen stock such as salt, pepper, maybe some oil and extra paper towels. These items were not specifically noted as being provided but we have rented similar chalets before and the above mentioned items were available. The BBQ was in need of a good cleaning however the was no bbq brush found, we did find a kitchen scrubber and used that. We wished there was more seating in the upper living room when the group was all together, but we had plenty of space with the bigger living room in the basement and the veranda.

The chalet was beautiful, modern and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook meals for a big group. We had an issue with the booking description that was promptly and compassionately handled by the owners. During our stay the power went out for 24hrs. Despite this, the fireplace kept the upstairs at a comfortable temperature allowing us to enjoy our stay.

The only negative was the number of bedrooms indicated on the booking page description did not match the number of actual rooms. As mentioned this was promptly resolved to our satisfaction

Poussière un peu partout et équipements pas toujours fonctionnels. Lits plutôt durs. Tablettes pour la vaisselle poussiéreuses et vaisselle à laver avant utilisation (même celle dans les tiroirs).

Chalet vraiment très bien équipé, parfait pour un grand groupe. La cuisine est exceptionnelle, entièrement équipée et très fonctionnelle. La grande table est un vrai plus : elle peut se séparer en deux, ce qui permet encore plus d’assises et de flexibilité pour les repas. La vue est magnifique, et le foyer intérieur est particulièrement agréable, surtout pour les soirées. La suite parentale au rez-de-chaussée est incroyable, très confortable, et il y a suffisamment de salles d’eau pour que chacun ait son espace, ce qui est rare et très appréciable à 12 personnes. Très bonne communication avec l’hôte, et plusieurs attentions à notre arrivée, ce qui est toujours très apprécié. Un chalet confortable, bien pensé et idéal pour un séjour en groupe. Nous recommandons sans hésiter.

Nous étions sur place en période hivernale et avons malheureusement subi une coupure d’électricité dans le quartier durant la première journée. Contrairement aux chalets voisins, il n’y a pas de générateur de secours au chalet : il a donc fait très froid, sans eau et impossible de cuisiner pendant cette période. À noter également que la pièce de la véranda est condamnée en hiver, car impossible à chauffer. Cela fait une pièce de vie en moins, ce qui est un peu dommage compte tenu du potentiel du chalet. J’avoue avoir été un peu déçue sur ce point. Concernant l’accès en hiver, les routes sont en montée et enneigées. Malgré le bon travail des déneigeurs, nous avons eu des difficultés à faire monter les voitures à plusieurs reprises. Aucun souci avec des 4x4, mais ce n’était pas notre cas — point important à anticiper.
