By the look of it it's an old building but very well mantained and the apartment is decorated in a modern way. Very spacious and comfy and very well mantained. It's also very well located, just across the street there's a supermarket and some night clubs but the windows and protections isolate the noise very well at night. The front desk staff is very nice and willing to help even thought our portuguese was poor.
It needs air conditioner at least in the living room, although the ceiling fans in the bedrooms helped a lot. Also the trash cans are too little but we could manage 😅
