Good stay

The room was so large and beautiful. The complimentary shuttle service comes in very handy. Though the rainy season blocked the view of Mount Fuji, the area itself was so beautiful and serene. The front desk staff were all very kind. The only things I would improve are the laundry machines—they’re severely outdated and there’s only 2 washers and dryers on the entire property, and during the dinner, we were not permitted to select different options…our family of 7 (minus the one child) had to all get the same item according to staff.

Every room has a balcony facing Mount Fuji. You can view Mount Fuji at all times of the day which is a luxury.
Japanese breakfast was my second favorite. Healthy and delicious.
This hotel is closer to Fuji Q Highland if you come by Highway bus. This bus stop is 5 minutes by taxi or shuttle to the hotel. It's walkable if you don't have too much luggage
