Casa Bellevue, a vacation home with a spectacular view
The house is within walking distance (about 600 meters) of the town of Moraira, with its shops, restaurants, and bars. It is approximately 1,000 meters to both El Portet Beach and Moraira Beach. The view from the pool and terraces of the sea all the way to Calpe and the Peñón de Ifach is truly captivating.
Bellevue changed owners in May 2021. The first phase of renovations took place during the winter of 2021–2022. The second phase—an addition of a first floor with a bedroom and an en suite bathroom/shower—will be completed in March 2023. Bellevue is essentially a new construction. The bathrooms, floors, doors, some windows, all beds, mattresses, etc., are NEW.
Hot water and electricity are generated using solar energy. A charging station for electric cars is available.
The infinity pool measures approximately 9 x 4 meters. The house is situated on a hillside. There is an elevator from the garage to the house.
The garage is only suitable for small cars such as the VW Golf, Ford Fiesta, etc.
