I’ll admit I hesitated before booking because of the most recent review mentioning issues with the AC/heater and thermostat. I’m really glad we decided to book anyway. During our stay, the heater and thermostat worked perfectly and were easy to adjust, and we were comfortable the entire time.The home was exactly what we were looking for — great size, excellent location, and true to the listing. All of the beds were very comfortable, and we really appreciated the nice quality bedding and towels, which made the stay feel extra comfortable and welcoming.The host was extremely responsive and helpful from start to finish. Overall, this was a great experience and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Was very clean the only issues we had was parking our vehicles we have are too large for garage and driveway is very short barely could get or vehicle on driveway without being in street and there is no street parking aloud otherwise stay was great and very clean would stay again

Property was as advertised. It met all of our needs. Property manager was very helpful and responsive.

Would not recommend this townhome. Washing machine just kept loudly running every 10 or so minutes - we did not touch it or attempt to use the washer, the basin was empty but it just tried to cycle. I messaged the host to ask what we could do to stop it as it was quite disruptive. No apology or offer to stop by to help, only that “it takes a while to start”. The downstairs bathroom tub handle was very difficult to maneuver and use - water was either scalding hot or ice cold, no in between. Another frustration is the heating, it was set at 70 and there was no turning off or adjusting the thermostat. My 8 year old son even complained of how loud it was too, disrupting his sleep. I was hot and would have appreciated being able to adjust the heater to cooler. The bed in downstairs was also not comfortable, and very loud! There was no sleeping for my husband or I as a simple shift in the tiny bed - shook the whole bed. And don’t get me started on a 10am checkout. What happened to noon or 1pm as courtesy? Quite disappointing. One recommendation is to please get a Brita Water filter. That would have been a nice amenity to have.
