Everything was perfect. The staff was incredibly welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was excellent. The caldera view and the private infinity pool made our stay even more special. Highly recommended!

Amazing hotel but the night shift hotel staff was rude and wouldn’t help book anything the day of including a taxi to the other side of the Island which we ended up doing ourselves. We also tried to book a sailing excursion the day of and they told us no and then we did it ourselves and both times when we got back the staff questioned where and how we went and did it day of 😂 it was honestly really uncomfortable

The staff were dedicated and attentive throughout our stay. The hotel is brand new, and the room is spacious and comfortable, with a super comfortable bed and a jacuzzi. Breakfast was excellent. It sits right next to Matala Beach, within walking distance, and parking is easy too. Recommended.
