My step daughter forgot her purse in the taxi and the staff was so helpful to get it back for us. The main issue for us was the room was too small for 3 people with 3 big suitcases, otherwise it was great. Awesome location!

The bathroom smelled bad and the staff at the front desk were not helpful.

The check was difficult after 11:00 pm you have to use a computer to check in. When we got into the room there was a plastic dirty cup on the floor, the Ac wasn't working. I have to say the room was beautiful but was very hot in the morning..

So good! Brilliantly located right in the heart of everything & super close to buses & subway, the perfect place to stay. Clean, bright, well designed with lovely friendly helpful staff. Absolutely faultless :))
