House was very clean and it was a nice touch that bed sheets were already on the beds and towels were provided. Toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, laundry detergent were all provided. No issues checking in and owners were very responsive with questions. Beautiful setting overlooking the pond. Very convenient spot to Mammoth Caves and Lincoln’s Birthplace parks. Our biggest gripe was with the some of the amenities. With the internet, some of the tvs (upstairs bedroom and garage) kept losing network connection and the one in the garage worked for one day and then never connected again. I saw on previous reviews that fishing poles were available but the listing description doesn’t mention it, so I did ask. They were kind of hidden away with the owners UTV and behind a dirt bike so it would be nice if they were more conveniently placed so people know they can use them. Only 1 pole was usable when we arrived, we left and had 4 poles good to go. Kids did have a blast fishing and caught blue gills, bass, and catfish. Dart board in the garage is useless, all darts were broken when we arrived. Fire wood was a chore, only found 1 piece so had to haul some from across the other side of the pond to use for s’mores. Finally, just a warning if walking through the grass, fields or woods, check for ticks.

Great place for a getaway. We really enjoyed the fishing pond and the rec room. We’ll be back!

Perfect! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed and house was just the perfect place to go. We went fishing and the kids had a blast! It was peaceful in the evenings and the hot tub was relaxing. Thank you so, so much!

We had a great time with our family. The house is perfectly setup and the garage is a fun time. We caught a ton of bluegill and around 15-20 bass throughout the weekend. Great sunset over the hills and friendly neighbors. Would recommend this for anyone!
