Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 4 Grevillea Court, was a brilliant family holiday rental. We went with 4 adults and 3 children. Short walks to the beach, bowls club and the little park and BBQ area out the front of the library and gallery. And we were lucky enough to catch the markets while we were there too.It might be a small thing, but they had what looked like brand new frying pans that were non-stick. Which makes cooking so much easier. A lot of holiday houses have terrible cook wear so this made my day.I also really appreciated that this house had linin supplied and I didn't need to bring my own, but I do recommend bringing your own pillows as we usually sleep with 2 but 1 was provided per person.And the gift of wine on arrival was a lovely touch. Thank you. We loved our stay at this house.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It's a nice house but extremely hot. We all said we would not like to stay there in summer as it was too hot in October, bedrooms especially hot! The fridge is too small for a family, especially for a family. The stairs are slippery and dangerous. The house and bed linen had dust and insects everywhere. The downstairs shower had a large ant's nest. Blown bulb in upstairs toilet, animal hair throughout home. House needs a deep clean! Good safe yard for pets, just needs a good tidy up.
