Vienna Residence, Prater - Exhibition Center

I had all the conford I needed

große Schlafzimmer, die schön eingerichtet sind; sehr ruhig, U-Bahn ums Eck, Prater auch fußläufig erreichbar; Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung und zur Donau ist es auch nicht weit;

die Ausstattung der Wohnung war nicht sehr gut; wir waren fünf Nächte dort und es gab für vier Personen 2 Rollen Klopapier, 4 Kaffekapseln, 2 Tabs für den Geschirrspüler und ein Geschirrtuch/Abwaschtuch; auch was Besteck und Kochtöpfe anbelangt eher spartanisch;

The location was amazing and the flat was generally comfortable. I also really appreciated the laundry facilities. Staff responded to a couple of issues and resolved them very quickly, which was great.

A few small changes would have really improved our level of comfort. There was a general sense that everything was being done on the cheap. We would have appreciated more than 1 kitchen towel and a few more toilet rolls (2 rolls for 3 people for 5 nights is really not enough!), and also an extra bin liner and another bin in the living room/main bedroom. There was a sign telling us to recycle but no explanation of what materials could be recycled, and the large bins in the basement were only for paper. Also, there was an AC control on the wall but no actual AC, which should be explained clearly. The fan was helpful, but there was only one in the main bedroom - nothing in the child's bedroom! These are very simple, inexpensive improvements which would really make the place nicer.

Location is good, near Uban, near Prater, nice residential part of city.

They shoud do something about Mosqitos. There is no noskito net on the windows, wich is sad, because you literally cant open windows. Owner shoud think abou this. Also we got 2 trash bags for 6 days stay, we sent the message to owner, they said they will bring additional, but of course they did nit do that.
