Ein gelungener . Aufenthalt Saubere zimmer .

Mau berenag dilarang masuk.. padahal kita booking untuk 4 dewasa ,4 anak . Yg di boleh kan cuma 2 orang..Sangat kecewa

Location is great, with direct access to the mall. Beds are comfortable and appartment facilities are great (pool, lounge, park).

A few items in the kids’ area and bathroom (doors, toys) are broken, and some of them aren’t really safe for toddlers. The cleaning also seems to have been done quite quickly, we noticed ants and a spider in the bathroom, and there was no new sponge provided. Ants quickly spread in our luggage... We also saw that there are no hand towels, dishcloth or amber (bathroom amenities). In the kids’ room there’s no available plug to connect our baby monitor, and unfortunately there’s no power strip available either. Blackout curtains should be installed in all the windows for better sleep quality. Lounge and park is not allowed for external visitor. It was really inconvenient for us as we wanted our elderly parents to be able to enjoy our kids in the park. The host helped us to get the power strip and some tiny hand towels, but we really expected better cleaning and amenities for the price paid for the apartment.
