Location and layout
Some facilities didn’t work. Electric Fan not working, only seven knives for eight people, no parasol and outside table broken. Hot water boiler had problems supplying hot water. Although very clean the house needs some maintenance such as window stays loose or broken. With thanks to Fiona & Nick for helping with broken and missing items… they made our stay more enjoyable.

The house and facilities were perfect for three couples who meet up once a year. The surroundings were so peaceful and quiet it made for a relaxing stay and the house is perfectly situated for touring the Cotswolds. Couldn't have wished for anything better.
Couldn't find fault.

All very explanatory and everything you needed.
We had a fantastic time and will definitely return
The only slight thing was the bathrooms need a little refurbishing but it didn't disappoint
