Fair prices and clean facilities in suburbs of Cagliari. You have a AC in the room and a nice outside terrace. The host was very kind and helped me to check in late in the evening. I did spent only one night but I'm fully satisfied with all. As a bonus I got a ticket for a coffee and bakery.
even though a bathroom was outside the room (I guess for 2 guest rooms) it was huge and clean. it brought me no inconveniences, but can be a concern for someone

Close enough to Cagliari and the cheapest place available so I was saved by this place. Everywhere in Cagliari is at least twice the price. Nice people. Coffee machine. Simple breakfast included
Only that it’s a single room with a shared bathroom but that was no problem for me. So all good
