Great location, clean, easy access and great communication
Good basic accommodation
Would feel a little more comfortable if the mattress had a topper added as it is very firm ( I like a firm mattress, but this was uncomfortably so)
The sofa bed is also really hard to sit on - you ban feel the firm board base- refilling the cushions with new foam would rectify this
These measures would lift the comfort score considerably
As we stayed for more than one night, a chest of drawers would have been useful for clothes - maybe instead of the console table in the sitting room?

The place is really nice, clean, and provides everything you need for a great stay. It is not a very big apartment, but it is quite OK. The sofa is very nice, and the bathroom is really big, with a powerful shower, and a very nice bathtub. There are good ustensile in the kitchen.
The place is really quiet and nice. The free parking spot is a great e”added bonus. We did not use it, but it was nice to have it. A short 20-25 minutes walk to the city center. A good place to be when you want to visit Stratford-upon-Avon.

À clean spacious and comfortable apartment. Well equipped with all we needed for a short break in Stratford upon Avon. A short walk to the town.
It was a bit difficult to locate the parking space allocated to the flat but we found it in the end.
