Good value, the balcony rooms have a nice view.

The room is spotless. Amazing cleaning lady. Close to a big shopping mall with a big food court. It is not close to the city centre. About 30 mins walk.
Breakfast is available at a very reasonable price.
Receptionist is not always there. Better to tell them your expected check in time.

Around 20 mins from the city centre, and another 20 mins from Brasov Trainstation.
Was very clean, cosy, and came with aircon/heater. Shower was good, and came with some shampoo and body wash. Albeit quite small.
The room also had a TV and fridge.
But the room was very affordable and the staff was very friendly. I would stay there again if I was in Brasov.
