We had an amazing stay. The condo was perfect!

Overall good. Elevators a little slow at times.

The room was exactly as stated and supplied with anything we needed! So our overall experience was great with our host and the room accommodating.BUT the resort is a bit overcrowded for my taste. It was very family friendly. As a teacher vacationing with my college aged children it was a little busy/crowded for myself. But I will say the Tiki Bar and restaurant was a plus and improved my tolerance level. The minor downside to the resort was definitely the elevators. It was not terrible just prepare to wait a good 10-20 minutes sometimes. The 9th floor was not so bad, stay on the lower levels use the stairs not a big issue unless on the 30th floor. Now the absolute worst parts of our trip. The unfortunate water boil issue that PCB experienced. (not the resort or host fault) Biggest issue that the resort can absolutely address. The sewage issue! The horrendous smell after laundering towels especially if not removed immediately. Also, the grass is beautiful but do not walk/cut across. We did and all of us sank and our shoes filled with smelly brown sewage goop (I prefer to say goop). It was terrible! We all had to return to the room wash our feet (a few times) and immediately threw all our shoes away! It was honestly disgusting! HOA may need to address the resort or the city about the sewage issues. Due to it wasn’t related to the PCB water pipe breakage.Overall if my children were younger we would absolutely stay again.
