The apartment and facilities are always excellent here, staff are very welcoming, room is always clean, the kitchen are was immaculate, and shower perfect.
I arrived early which wasn't an issue as they found a room for me as mine wasn't ready, excellent customer service
The heat from the boiler which is in the apartment which i understand, however there's an operational thermostat

Location and facilities
The strong smells of food in corridor and could hear people above arguing and cigarette smoke coming through vents this is something that always happens when I stay so not sure if there a people who permanently live there.

Although triplet deluxe room had 3 spaces for sleeping with a name like that might of expected 3 double beds or more than we got which was a double and single bed in the same room.
I guess for the money it was fair but the name of the room a little misleading
