The staff were friendly and accomodating and the room was spacious with a nice window. He also provided us with water and offered coffee which was a nice touch. We got to store our bags post check out for a long as we needed. The place was kept very clean

Very good

The location is very good. It is situated next to Termini Station, where most of the city buses stop. The building is decent, though a bit old. The elevator is quite unique—very old, but it gets the job done. The staff were from India, Bangladesh, or Pakistan, but they were very helpful and very friendly. The place was very clean. They was cleaning immediate after someone was in the toilet or bathroom - they are shared. The personal was werykind.
The bathroom is not in the room, which is extremely inconvenient. Several rooms share the same two bathrooms - toilets, and this creates a very unpleasant situation. It is very inconvenient. Personally, I was not aware of these conditions; otherwise, I would not have chosen this location. If there are factors that cause such a high level of inconvenience, they should be clearly stated and disclosed so that customers can take them into account.
I paid for DELUX and receive the only room without theracy - simple room with no bathroom...
