Close to bus and train links. Staff extremely friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and comfortable with all basic amenities. Above a bar that serves good food. Can hear bar noises if the window is open, but that was not disruptive to us. 3 car parking spaces outside with charging points

Clean room, comfy bed, hot shower. Nearby corner shop and Tesco metro. Short walk to cafes etc at Queens Park.
The food in the pub was very good.
My only complaint is that one of the bar staff had a runny nose, would blow it and NOT WASH HIS HANDS and go on to serve people.Basic hygiene!!! I am glad we had eaten before we noticed this..

We had a nice couple of nights in this charming pub/hotel. Our room was on the top floor so quite a few stairs, but that wasn’t really an inside for us. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed very comfortable.
The food served in the pub was delicious, we would definitely return in the future.

We stayed one night. The room was large and clean. There was plenty of tea bags, coffee and milk as well as a bottle of water and coke each (no biscuits).
The shower bracket was broken but there was plenty of hot water and towels. Staff were lovely. There was faint noise from the music in the bar but that ended at 11pm.
