Very nice and comfort apartment for a group of people or family, in cool and local neighbourhood. Close to city center and have everything you need very close.
Note that the building is on the hill above old town, and you can reach it by climbing on many staris or to use the elevatore from metro station (Zazpikaleak Casco Viejo, exit Boguna) which is just across the buliding. That help a lot.
Entering in a buiding and the apartment can be a bit confusing, even if its clearly explained. Because of the digital key, you need to have internet to approach.
Also, all facilites are great, but it would be good to have some basic stuff in kitchen (cofee, oil, salt..) for "first help".

Good location near the old town and clean with safe apartment
A lot of steps down to the old town but a lift close by to use for half a euro
