The hostel is in a great location, having stayed in a few different hostels in Dublin, this is one of the better ones. The facilities were basic but clean.
The staff are very friendly and helpful, but they need more staff, especially on reception. One morning I wanted to check my bad into the luggage room, I was waiting for more than an hour before a staff member showed up at the desk. More staff are needed on reception.

location
cleanliness, people actually living there (not short stay), the common area is filled with those people looking dirty and creepy; other travelers compensate to pay for them and they also looked scared and confused when they first arrived. It’s hard to find because there are not any signs outside but just a plain blank paint.
