It has everything we need inside- towels, kitchen utensils, tissues etc.

It's abit small for 5 people but it's still very comfortable and clean.

Great first stay house

It’s definitely spacious - enough for 3 people to stay in without feeling as though they’re on top of each other - and the beds are comfortable. The shower is good, with exceptionally hot water, and it has good kitchen amenities too. As for the location, it is a 10 minute walk from Shin Okubo which can connect you with other major spots in the city.

We stayed there for 4 nights and didn’t have wifi the whole time. The host was late responding to my messages (more than a day and a half) and didn’t seem super helpful in the matter. Similarly, when I first arrived, I struggled to access the key. I was calling and calling - no response. I sent several messages and again, nothing. I think a little bit more communication on the host’s side would be helpful, especially when you are expecting guests. You need to be accessible in case there are any emergencies or hiccups.
