Large flat, kitchen renovated, nice and safe district of Paris, well connected by public transport, close to many attractions (Arc de Triomphe is few minutes on foot), huge indoor courtyard available and private, very responsive manager. The flat is located in a tiny street without traffic circulation which was perfect to off load baggage from my car. Public underground parking and baggage storage shop available in the vicinity. Bars and restaurants available in numbers nearby. Supermarket just at front.

The toilet is very small and big or obese people may have issues in using the WC. The flat is located on first floor, no elevator available.

Location, location, location

Toilet was a bit cramped

Très bon emplacement, proche du palais des congrès (<10 min à pied) et des transports en commun pour se déplacer dans Paris. Au calme dans un petite ruelle.

A very pleasant and comfortable stay. We were welcomed in the apartment with a guide on the table containing all the information, maps, and tips about attractions, food, shopping etc. in Paris. The host responds to messages within a few minutes, and the apartment is clean (cleaned just before our arrival), spacious, and comfortable. The location is excellent. Highly recommend.
