Staff super friendly. Great location. Modern facilities. Gym and Pool. The cleaning staff were great - in general everyone was very helpful. Rooms were clean and well looked after.
Unfortunately there s a building being constructed on the side and one on the front - The building is very noisy with banging hammering and metal grinders running. This has nothing to do with Zentrum - I would still stay there again despite the building.

The staff is really friendly and the location is close to everything as shopping del sol. No car needed if you only visit Asuncion.
The insulation of the rooms is quite bad. Noise everywhere. If you like party and no night rest, Ava Zentrum is yours, if not stay away.
As people frequently come and go it is a gamble who will be your neighbor and in Paraguay to be noisy is culture.
