Was a little hard to find at first but the location was pretty decent, apartment was very nice with all the amenities plus a washer, air conditioning and hot water. Apartment was a very nice size also. The gate guard and guy in charge of the facility was very helpful and easy to get ahold of.
Had to buy some bug spray for a few lil bugs (small ants, mosquitoes and saw a few roaches)

Large, well furnished appartment
The appartment is in the basement. It is quite dark and overlooks a parking lot. Although there were several attempts to fix it with the landlord, I was not able to use Netflix
