StayCity Serviced Apartments

a nice 3 minute walk to Ayala central bloc shopping area. great eating spaces, nice night time place to eat like Subog Mercado if you like street foods. the property is clean, safe and very quiet and relaxing.

there was nothing that i didn’t like about the property. if i were to make one minor dislike it was probably the the string up the TV. the use of 2 remotes to set up the TV is really confusing. would be good if there was a simple one stage remote to turn on/off would be far better and easier.

Wir mussten diese Unterkunft sehr kurzfristig buchen, da uns eine andere Unterkunft im Stich gelassen hat, aber trotz der Kurzfristigkeit lief alles tadellos und zufriedenstellend. Auch das Zimmer war vorbereitet und sehr groß, absolut familienfreundlich mit zwei getrennten Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern! Vielen Dank für das Möglichmachen der spontanen Buchung! Top!

Due to miscommunication, I had to pay way more than needed, the manager was informed but did nothing to compensate the lost money. The money I lost was equal to 2 days of stay. This is bad customer service and I spoke to another regular customer of them and he said the same thing. The shower is in a very small space, with no ventilation, so you have to keep the door open and take a short shower. The airconditioning and refrigerator are super loud! As soon as you leave the room, the power of the refrigerator also gets cut, so you can’t store anything if you leave for a longer period.
