This is a spacious and well kept apartment on the edge of the Bastide in Carcassonne (with a tower directly opposite).
The apartment was easily accessed with a wide staircase to the first floor.
It offered all the things required for a stay and was very clean and tidy.
Very comfortable bedroom and living area, a well equipped kitchen and a huge bathroom.
Some of the decoration was looking tired (flaking ceiling and marked skirtings)
The area is a little run down and less salubrious, with some 'shady- looking' people hanging around nearby buildings, but this block seemed OK.

L’estada perfecte, l’apartament net i ben cuidat. Igual que les fotos. Ben ubicat, vam estar-hi dos nits i tot molt be. Gràcies i tornarem
Tot molt be

Location is good and there’s lots of space.
The toilet is on the ground floor yet the bathroom is the next level up. It’s hard to wash hands etc.
On Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights there’s loud music into the early hours of the morning. If you’re a light sleeper it can be a concern.
