Loved the rooftop bar. Food was very good. ALL of the staff members were fantastic. Carlos conducted our mixology class and he was fun, informative, and patient. Love our location in terms of great walking access to food, drinks, the dock and historical locations. Great views from the roof top.
Housekeeping started off good but were a complete no show one day. Very late on 2 others. The front desk was advised. Water replacement didnt occur once and coffee was never replenished. The pool is very, very small.
No view from interior room. But large room and good lighting.

Excellent location in Old San Juan near the fort and a 10 min walk to the cruise terminal. Very nice roof terrace and restaurant. Friendly staff. The room was quiet. Bed was comfortable. Accessible charging sockets at the bedsides.
The room was very small. No desk, chair or table. No closet or wardrobe, only a rack of hangers in one corner. Very little place to put suitcases. Very little place to put down items at the sink. The one window looked out to kind of a open hallway space, so no view.
