Great location, nice and quiet place, ~10 minutes walking to the bus/tram/subway station.
Even when it was hot outside - just open windows on both sides and you have a fresh breeze.
Nothing major: a bit creaky bed, no shampoo/gel at the shower. Someone may not like a steep and tight stairs to the top floor, but IMHO not a big deal.
And formally it's right outside of the Paris city, so you can't tell people you've had a stay in Paris ;)

"The owner is very nice. They allowed us to check in earlier since we had nowhere to leave our luggage. They didn’t bother us at all. Everything was in order. They were very friendly. I highly recommen..."
