The location is excellent — just minutes from the shore on foot, with plenty of other places within walking distance. The place is very spacious, with lots of rooms, and it was nice and quiet. The weather during our stay was lovely too.
On the second day, the lock stopped responding to the key and I had to call to get it opened. Also, on the second floor, right corner guard was loose and nearly fell off. Other than that, no issues — I'd still recommend it.

Flexibility, convenience, accessibility, amenities.
Kitchen utensils and pots were worn.
Bed wasn’t the best

Plenty of room and very clean, good location.
Upstairs bathroom had a very low celing so had to squat a bit to use bathroom and shower.

It was clean, beds were comfortable, baths were nice
The house from the outside is run down. The house next to it dilapidated.
Small steep staircases and no views—all shades cheap and mostly dysfunctional.
Mice not in the apartment but one can hear their activity in the attic
