Safe and clean amenities. Cosy and quiet room with zero hallway or adjacent-room noise (ensures a comfortable & peaceful stay). Warm and friendly staff. Especially in the restaurant the two brothers Gopi & Bibek, they go out of their way to cater for customer's needs and preferences. The restaurant service team is welcoming and attentive. The housekeeping team does a wonderful job getting the room cleaned, every day on time. Front desk team is also very helpful with any query/difficulty you may have. Prashant demonstrated excellent customer-approach skill in addressing any issue right away. Anchal, Archana, Afsar and Shivesh may guide to plan your stay. Overall it's an exceptional hospitality from the entire team!

1. Daily power cut lasting for less than a minute, 2-3 times per day (not only in the hotel but whole of paharia/pandeypur area) for highway expansion project. 2.The hotel is situated a little far from the ghats (ganga river), Kashi Vishwnath Mandir and other prominent temples. It takes about 30-45 mins by auto rickshaw to reach there. But if I have to choose again, I would still opt for this hotel. Better to live comfortably though a bit far from the ghats and spend a little more on transportation cost than to live near the ghats and complain everyday about the stay!

Soggiornare a Varanasi significa immergersi in un contesto affascinante, ma anche molto complesso e, sotto il profilo sociale e igienico, piuttosto deteriorato. Proprio per questo, arrivando in città, non avevamo grandi aspettative riguardo alla qualità dell’hotel e dei suoi servizi. E invece siamo stati felicemente sorpresi. Pulizia davvero eccezionale, servizi di ottimo livello e soprattutto un grande senso del dovere e dell’attenzione verso l’ospite. Letti eccellenti e una doccia super: dopo le giornate trascorse in città, è stato davvero un piacere rientrare in hotel. Una nota di merito particolare anche per l’early check-in: per noi era indispensabile e, pur non essendo previsto, abbiamo trovato grande disponibilità nel venirci incontro, accordandoci per una cifra davvero irrisoria. Un gesto che abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo. Se proprio devo trovare qualcosa da migliorare, direi la varietà della colazione, che potrebbe essere un po’ più ampia. Ma è davvero un dettaglio che possiamo tranquillamente tralasciare. Ultimo aggiungerei posizione centrale, con 400 rupie arrivi sul Gange tramite un Grab. Eviterei qui i tuk-tuk. Complimenti davvero a tutto lo staff. Bravi!

It was a fine hotel eccept the noise around and in the hotel was unbearable. Overnight delivery of clothing in the Shop downstairs. Very poor sound insulation.
