We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is well located, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities are well maintained and the overall experience was very good. We were very satisfied with our stay and would happily consider coming back.

For our purpose, this is the best choice in Phnom Penh accommodation :) Staff are always very welcoming and we love the breakfast here. The swimming pool is small but perfect for our daughter.

Having stayed at this hotel more than once, I can happily say that it continues to be an excellent choice in Phnom Penh. This time, once again, everything was just right. The suite was wonderfully spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable, with a fantastic view across the city. What really deserves special mention, however, is the staff. Everyone we encountered was warm, attentive and genuinely eager to help. From the friendly welcome and refreshing drink on arrival, you immediately feel that guests are well looked after here. The location is also extremely convenient, particularly if you have appointments or business in this part of Phnom Penh. Of course, the riverside may be the more famous tourist area, but that is actually part of the charm here: there are plenty of good restaurants and shopping options nearby, while the atmosphere is considerably more relaxed and less touristy. Breakfast certainly deserves a mention too. There is a good choice of both Western and Asian dishes, everything we tried was fresh and tasty, and the friendly service makes for a very pleasant start to the day. The value for money is excellent, especially for Booking.com guests with a higher Genius status. Depending on the booking, benefits such as complimentary breakfast or a free room upgrade can make an already attractive rate even better. In our case, these additional benefits certainly added to the overall value of the stay. After several visits, I can say that this hotel has become one of those places where you know what to expect – and fortunately, what you can expect is very good indeed. We will certainly be back! Breakfast and location were the two best things. It was so convenient for where we wanted to go. The Breakfast was delicious and served early with lots of good choices. Lots of good outlets.

Bed sheets were dirty. Desktop lamp was broken. Was one light that would not turn off made it hard to sleep. The A/C unit was very noisy. The heavy wooden chairs weren't useful. The sink faucet is set improperly so water goes running all over the sink top, it's hard to keep clean.
