Nice room, clean and comfortable
3rd floor meant a long climb with luggage. Significant roadworks at front restricted access, 2 different codes for access plus a key, made it convoluted

La disposition, très bien situé au centre de la ville. Juste à côté de cette magnifique basilique. Transport en commun juste au pied du logement.
L’appartement est bien équipé pour être indépendant. Je recommande vivement ce logement

The kitchen was really nice and had everything we needed to cook our breakfasts there. Fridge was big enough and everything was clean and tidy. The king bed was great, the T.V. worked well and the bathroom was nice. The A.C. worked perfectly well and allowed us to enjoy a bit of cool air after a day of surviving the heat wave outside. Also there was a small mart around the corner that was money! We managed to do all our shopping for breakfasts and light dinners there.
Only problem was the bottom bunkbed was pretty messed up and would sink in the middle part like it was missing support for the cod. Luckily my daughter is young and relatively small so it wasn't a huge issue in the end. But it was a bit annoying as she did not love that she had to sleep there. The other issue is that it is on the third floor and there is no elevator so carrying a bunch of bags and suitcases was a bit hectic.

The location is central. The apartment is spacious enough for 1 or 2 people and has a good design. The AC functions well.
The WiFi is sluggish, making it difficult to use for Zoom meetings. The linen and towels appear to be of poor quality and quite old. I noticed several reviews over the past year mentioning the same issues, and management assured they'd address it, but nothing has changed. I've added a few photos to illustrate the condition of both.
