Location. Easy to get to. Convenient for what we wanted. And nice breakfast/lunch place right across the street.
We moved our car frequently due to two hour time limit, but we were told (not by owner but by local resident) that tickets were rare.

It was very quiet and a sweet neighborhood. It was great having my own kitchen.
Cute little cafe across the street. Very safe and comfortalbe area.
Bed was comfortable. I loved how close it was to town but not in the city.
Felt far away but actually very close in to everything. Got to avoid traffic!
There was no table to do any work, just a counter and bar stools.
I wish there was outdoor furniture to enjoy the little patio.
Only teflon pans in the kitchen. Mostly it was all fine.

breakfast? did not apply. location,location,location.
needed a small table and some chairs for sitting. the stools provided for sitting at the counter were way to low for comfortable sitting and eating.
