Even though the property is only 400 square feet, it felt twice as big due to the great layout. It's quite comfortable for two people with a very comfortable bed. All the basic necessities were on hand, including a nice assortment of snacks. We enjoyed our morning coffee and evening drinks in the rocking chairs on the patio under the fan, a must-have in the Texas heat.

Such a quite little place just off Highway 80 that felt like you were stepping into the woods for a stay. Quiet and peaceful the entire time. Comfortable and easy to access. I absolutely loved it. Cleanliness was above and beyond! Great communication! Renee made sure I was informed and ready to go when I got there!!
Nothing. I absolutely enjoyed everything about this property. I was there mainly to shower and sleep, but when I got in, it made me feel better about sleeping in so there was really nothing that I saw I could complain about!

The porch sitting listening to the birds, drinking coffee was so relaxing and refreshing. The couch and bed were comfortable. The ac was nice and cool. Better than a hotel!!!!
I wish there would have had an oven to bake. But it was still good.

The house was decorated very cute. The owners did answer us back immediately once we text them.
The A/C cooling system did not work but the weather turned cold which helped with our stay. Did not use the heater.
The sofa bed had dog hairs all over the mattress so we used the couch only.
There were wasps and a few bugs in the house.
