Location was great in regard to the Iron Man event. Hot water worked properly. Pool is very nice.
Brown out for the first 4 hours upon our arrival. The shower is a little dirty, potentially moldy in between the grout and caulk. Regular bed vice fold out in the living room area. Only one key issued which caused some inconvenience.

Everything was seamlessly smooth. Owner is very accommodating and responsive. Place itself was clean, spacious and complete with amenities. Would definitely rebook if we need a stay in Mactan.

The room layout. Spacious room and living room, separated kitchen, and convenient location especially if you are planning to stay longer. Near market and restaurant.
Overall, I like it. I might not like the part of aircon in the bedroom. It was quite hot, but all good. It served as blessing in disguise as my niece got a flu and needed a warm room.
