La ubicación es genial, a 10 minutos andando del puerto y cerca de todo. El alojamiento sorprende a mejor comparado a las fotos, bastante amplio y cómodo con aire acondicionado.

Una de las habitaciones no tiene aire acondicionado, existe un ventilador pero para una casa pensada para varias personas se nota

Spacious, clean and functional apt on a 2nd floor, no elevator. Quiet (local neighborhood) street, walkable to Denia main old town center and into the newer (more locals, less touristy) part too. Fully equipped to make meals, nice working oven. Laundry on the balcony with a sink. Plenty of towels, linens, and toilet paper. Sturdy furniture and appliances worked as intended. Temperature was perfect first week of March, not cold, not hot, so we didn't need heaters, extra covers, A/C nor fans. The apt is on the dated side, but it's ok maintained, no great views, nothing fancy, but it worked fine for a pleasant 1 week stay in Denia. Thanks for hosting us!

The lack of any method to make coffee ;P. No way to lock the main door from inside, we found that odd. The bathroom faucet is a large kitchen sink faucet, real hard to use without making a water mess. Some door knobs are wobbly. We have rented refurbished places at less price, hence the summary for this review.

El apartamento tiene un aire acondicionado que va fenomenal, traía muchos utensilios de cocina y baño (incluída plancha y tabla de planchar), tiene televisión con netflix y prime y la ubicación está muy bien (está a 5 minutos del túnel del castillo, a 15 de la playa andando y a 3 de un supermercado). Aparcamiento bastante fácil en las calles de alredor.
