The apartment itself was very nice and clean having an excellent balcony view. The location was perfect being 5 minutes away from the metro and an easy 20-30 minute walk to the city centre and Cathedral. The décor was very nice and the bathroom was lovely.
The customer service was atrocious as staff were very unhelpful. Instructions for how to enter the apartment building were unclear and on arrival I had especially asked for the 2 sofa beds to be made but only one was. When making up the second sofa bed a bed sheet, pillow case and duvet cover were missing. I sent emails requesting for some to be provided and none were. Also although the flat itself was in good condition there were a few faulty things such as the door handle falling off and towel rack being loose on the wall.

Great location and a well equipped apartment.
The balcony view was absolutely fantastic!
The sofa bed had fresh sheets and was clean, so sleeping on it was no problem.
But it might be nice to have a real bed instead of a sofa bed as a future improvement.
There was an odd smell in the bathroom, which wasn’t very pleasant.

Bed kraakte heel erg.
Over het algemeen een goed verblijf gehad.
