Good facilities, with pool and gym on site. Decent enough room, however I feel this is sold at luxury accommodation but is more on the good value for money side.
Lifts can be a pain, and don’t always work properly. There is a clear lack of staff barring security guards that can be a bit funny at times and difficult to communicate with.
You are provided with a kettle that we had to unplug the tv to use and there was no mugs provided for drinks.

Good location easy accessible to food courts
No room service or change of beds or toilet rolls
We asked the cleaner if we could have a toilet roll and she refused

7-eleven close by and the food vendors on ground/1F.
A security at each block door.
Dirty sheets and an uncomfortable bed. A lot of stains and damages inside with a dirty balcony. Similar for shower. A/C in the bedroom didn't cool that well.
The elevator always took very long.
The rooftop pool was quite dirty and busy and the view was so-so compared to the pictures.
There was also quite some noise.
