The property was clean, bright and spacious. For me location was also perfect.
Nothing special.

I had a nice time there. The apartment is located on the 7th floor, offering amazing views over Athens from both balconies. The location is very good. The street is quiet, there are plenty of restaurants, bakeries, and a supermarket nearby. The tram and metro are just a few minutes’ walk away. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the Acropolis and around 30 minutes to Syntagma Square.
In my opinion, the apartment is rather modestly equipped. Basic items such as coffee, tea, and paper towels were missing. The balcony chairs are in very poor condition. They are heavily worn and did not feel safe to use. The sofa in the living room is also quite worn and should be replaced. The property has potential, but it clearly needs refurbishment and better equipment.
