Everything! Staff was super friendly and very well-coordinated. Incredible service - the staff assisted us from landing to departure. Great selection of food at buffet.

Difficult to fault. You get what you pay for regarding the type of accommodation you choose. One suggestion would be to have maybe one or two extra public use internet terminals with printers so that departing guests can more easily make onward travel arrangements, particularly with current international border entry/controls requirements

There was a weird smell in the room. I think it was the scent of the cleaning agent they use.

Stayed room only, no breakfast. Location OK but nothing of note around the Hotel for me. The roof bar was good, nice view, and I ate there. Food average (being kind here) for Western tourist.

Woke to a big noise, of drilling, which just got worse, so bad I checked out early. I realise work needs to be done, perhaps forewarn people the day before.

As I was leaving I found a girl in the basement car park weeping as she packed up belongings in her motorbike. She appeared to have been fired from her job. It worried me that the hotel is unforgiving with its staff?

Great central location. Eateries nearby. A taxi trip to Bai Sao Beach costs 100k VND, to Sun cable car Station 55-70k VND. The roof top bar/lounge is cool too. Sunset view.

Not a lot places to go within the walking distance. Seems like thay do not have an entrance for disables.

The food needs to improve, especially the regular menu. The breakfast menu was very good though!

The staff is kind and friendly. Room is nice and the view is quite good. Its location is great to explore the south of Phu Quoc. Will be back in the next time!

Room is not soundproof much that I could hear the people talking outside. The hotel should control it or set the private time at night so that the guests will not be bothered. Thank you!

The hotel actually has a nice location: near the local market, many small seafood restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance. The staff are kind enough, though their English skill is not perfect (which is very common in Vietnam) but they tried their best to fulfill all our requests. They served us in the most enthusiastic way: helped us with tours, arranged taxis, exchanged money and answered many of our questions.
