It is in an old building, very up-to-date and well-cared for. It's kind of a "hands off" check in process. When you arrive, you punch in a code to retrieve your key.
Breakfast is good, but it would be nice to have one or two hot dishes available (scrambled eggs, potatoes, etc.)

I really enjoyed stay in this hotel. The price is reasonable and location is convenient (bus is 2 min away: and the train station is about 7-min walk.) Breakfast is very good. The only downsides are that my room is slightly noisy as it faces the street; public transportion is limited on Sunday as it's a small town and it doesn't have elevator. But these are not problems for me and I would stay here again if I come back.
