Excellent communication and lovely service

Our stay at sea gate was just amazing, I think anyone with a family should stay here and avoid staying at hotels , you get the luxury of a five star hotel but the feeling of being home , everything you need is available to accommodate you and your family for an amazing time . The place is very clean and the view down to the Dead Sea is amazing. You also have your private heated pool the overlooks the Dead Sea. This place is just amazing all around , also let’s not forget the staff who work there , we were greeted by a nice man at the gate and made our way down to the reception area and that’s when we were greeted by a great receptionist who welcomed us to sea gate and checked us and went over everything that sea gate offers its guest , he made sure to let us know that if there was anything we needed that sea gate will be more then happy to accommodate, he is a great guy and if you go there make sure to see him his name was salman , overall best place to stay at the Dead Sea for families or even couples , thank sea gate for an amazing time . Here’s a sample review for your hotel stay: A Serene Escape by the Dead Sea My recent stay at this stunning property by the Dead Sea was nothing short of extraordinary. The breathtaking views of the Dead Sea and surrounding landscapes were a highlight, creating a peaceful and serene atmosphere that was perfect for relaxation. The resort also offered a wonderful sense of privacy, allowing me to truly unwind without distractions. Whether it was lounging by the pool or enjoying my private terrace, the experience felt intimate and exclusive. Also, parking is convenient where there is dedicated parking for every villa. What truly set this stay apart, however, was the warm and welcoming local staff. They went above and beyond to ensure that every need was met, offering helpful suggestions, heartfelt smiles, and authentic hospitality that made me feel at home. If you’re looking for a retreat with stunning views, peace, and a personal touch of kindness, I highly recommend this hotel by the Dead Sea. It’s an unforgettable experience.

Honestly, it's an amazing place, with an amazing staff, and the villa was super nice and clean!!
